  32. Can someone please explain the PAL/NTSC problems and differences.
  33. I have only ever used PAL and so any programs I have made up until 
  34. now have also been for PAL.
  35. However, now I'm getting foreigners moaning at me about PAL screens 
  36. and stuff but they then say its actually OK.
  37. Can they use programs with PAL screens on NTSC or what?
  38. Should I make things with a maximum height or 200 rather than 256?
